- Surfaces
DWA 215 can be used on most drywall boards and clean, dry cement-based surfaces. The surface should be structurally sound, clean, and free of dirt, oil, grease, loose peeling paint, laitance, concrete sealers, or curing compounds.
- Temperature
The surface temperature should be between 40°F (4°C) and 104°F (40°C). Avoid setting tile when the surface is below freezing or when the substrate is frozen.
- Hot weather
In hot, dry conditions, evaporation in PU mortars is accelerated. When installing in temperatures over 95°F (35°C), protect freshly spread mortar and finished work.
- Compatibility
DWA 215 is compatible with plastic, metal, and ceramic. It’s also resistant to automotive fluids and water.
